Some of us fell in love with Sex in the City! Some of us dreamed about being Carrie Bradshaw, that beautiful, trend setting and emotionally tortured writer. I always thought I would grow up to be just like Samantha but here I am knocking on your cyber door on the Meg blog page.
Many diaper changes ago and six years into parenting. I am now looking for new and exciting outlets for the creative being I put to rest with old pacifiers and teething rings.
Oh my goodness it is true giving birth and raising a child doesn’t mean I don’t get to be me. Wish someone had told me sooner!
So far, the one thing I have become passionate about is fitness and nutrition. I try to work out at least 4 times a week to keep my mind and body healthy. When I can’t find time to squeeze a work out at the gym, I just workout in the apt with my swissball and hand weights. Get up at six am, inhale a big cup of espresso and do 100 crunches on the swissball! It’s a blast I swear!
Here is one of my favourite sites to keep me motivated and change up my workout. http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness Last year I purchase their Flat-Belly Fitness guide and today it is my version of the bed side bible.
Have an amazing day everyone.
